Ubiquity University is committed to offering transformational learning experiences to all students, and we back that up with our course refund policies. If you are not 100% satisfied with your course purchase, we issue full refunds (after financial costs) for digital courses as follows:
- Trimester Courses – within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Micro Courses – within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- Nano Courses – within 7 days of the original purchase date
You may submit your refund request by completing this form.
*In the event that you redeemed your course using a full or partial discount code, you will be reimbursed for the remaining out-of-pocket amount, if applicable.
We always recommend contacting us using the “support” function on the bottom right of your screen for assistance if you experience any issues accessing or otherwise enjoying your course.
Cancellation and Pre-Paid Tuition Policy for In-Person Learning Journeys
Special Notice: Due to concerns regarding the recent emergence of the COVID-19 (coronavirus), our cancellation and refund policy will remain flexible as we move toward the summer season. At the current time, we are proceeding as planned but are monitoring the situation closely in consultation with authorities to ensure the safety of our attendees and staff. Should the situation change, we will inform you and issue refunds as warranted.
You are special. So are the rest of our students and learners who sign up for our in-person learning journeys. These experiences are, by their nature, limited in the number of attendees who can come and enjoy this kind of transformational programming. We are committed to providing you with unique, in-person programs and experiences, and of necessity, these involve special administrative factors.
Due to the nature of coordinating international meetings, we are required to invest significant up-front costs in order to ensure an optimal experience for all. Last minute cancellations are difficult for us to accommodate because it is hard for other students to get their payments in and make their travel arrangements in time to take your place.
Therefore, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com by the deadlines mentioned below. This table explains the deadlines and amounts that can be refunded.

|29 Days or less from the Event||No refunds available|
If you are forced to cancel 29 days or less from the event for an unforeseen reason and cannot attend you have two options.
Option One – We will credit your registration and/or logistics fees to an upcoming event.
Option Two – You may also consider sending a substitute attendee in your place. Please contact our registrar to transfer your registration to another individual. Collecting your reimbursement from your substitute will be your responsibility.
