Not all learning pathways require acceptance:

  • Single courses: No admission is required. Register for courses and earn skill badges course-by-course.
  • Bachelors Program: Please read below to find and complete the standard admissions requirements.
  • Masters and Doctoral Programs: In addition to the below standard admissions requirements, you will be contacted directly to complete an additional interview requirement.

Please follow the easy steps below to set out on the path toward becoming a part of Ubiquity University’s growing student body.

1. Activate your Portal


Set-up your personalized learning portal by filling out some basic information here. This will be how you access your courses and connect with other community members from around the globe.

2. Application & Essay


Submit the application form. Next, use this form to upload your résumé/cv and a short 500-word essay telling us a bit about yourself, your goals, passions and dreams for your future. We want to know your story!

3. Transcripts


Ubiquity requires transcripts from each of your previous institutions. You may submit copies of your records using this form. Transfer students and applicants for completion track programs may refer to additional requirements as listed on the form. This will complete your application.

4. Acceptance


Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of your acceptance into the university as a member of Ubiquity’s global learning community. Expect a welcome letter from our Dean of Students.

5. Tuition & Registration


After meeting with a Ubiquity Advisor you will be ready to purchase courses. Pay per course at the fee-level designated for your program. Please note the different level of course participation and payment on each course purchase page.
