“With UAP/UFO disclosure, humanity is entering a whole new era of collective conscious cosmic contact.”
Dr. Jim Garrison
President, Ubiquity University
"Are we pawns of alien beings, or partners and students of the extraterrestrial presence? Are we planetary persons or cosmic citizens?"
Barbara Lamb
M.S. MFT (retired), CHT, Regression Therapist & dedicated researcher of the Crop Circle phenomenon
"The alien abduction phenomenon is often interpreted solely through the human lens—colored by fear, confusion, trauma, and the desperate search for answers. But what if we could set aside our assumptions and step directly into the minds of the beings behind the phenomenon?"

From her Ubiquity University course, Through Their Eyes
"There is a hidden world around us asking to be recognized. It's up to us to open ourselves to the possibility of seeing it."

Chris Bledsoe

Chris Bledsoe

Chris Bledsoe is among the most extensively studied UFO/ET experiencers in recent history and authored the bestselling book “UFOs of God.”

Being a deeply religious family man and successful business owner from North Carolina he was on the verge of the unthinkable after losing everything in the 2007 financial crisis and suffering from a debilitating chronic disease. Fishing along the banks of the Cape Fear River with three co-workers and his teenage son, he walks away from the group and cries out to God in a desperate prayer for help.

Suddenly, a UFO appears and saves his life and cures him of his illness. Experiencing four hours of missing time, he returns to his group and finds them troubled. Terrified, they run for their lives as several UFOs chase them home.

Danny Sheehan

Danny Sheehan

Danny Sheehan is a Harvard-trained constitutional attorney whose five-decade legal career includes some of the most consequential public interest cases in American history: the Pentagon Papers, Watergate, the Karen Silkwood case, and Iran-Contra among them. He holds degrees from Harvard College, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Divinity School, where he specialized in Comparative Social Ethics.

In 1977, while serving as Special Counsel to the U.S. Jesuit Headquarters in Washington, he contributed to the U.S. Congressional Research Service’s report to President Carter on extraterrestrial matters, marking the beginning of a decades-long involvement in UFO/UAP disclosure advocacy. He has served since 2006 as lead attorney and general counsel for the Lakota People’s Law Project.

Today, his primary focus is advancing responsible UAP disclosure through the New Paradigm Institute, founded as an initiative of the Romero Institute in 2023, whose mission is to compel accountable disclosure of non-human intelligence evidence and help prepare society for the cultural shifts that verifiable contact evidence may bring. He is the author of the memoir The People’s Advocate.

Richard Dolan

Richard Dolan

Richard Dolan is an American historian and one of the most widely respected researchers in the field of UFO/UAP studies.

Born in Brookln and raised in Brentwood, New York, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and history from Alfred University and a Master’s degree in history from the University of Rochester, along with a certificate in political ideologies from Exeter College, Oxford.

Originally trained in Cold War strategy, diplomacy, and international affairs, Dolan became one of the first scholars to apply serious academic rigor to the UFO phenomenon. He is best known for his two-volume work UFOs and the National Security State, a meticulously documented history of the phenomenon’s intersection with military and intelligence secrecy, along with A.D. After Disclosure (co-authored with Bryce Zabel), UFOs for the 21st Century Mind, and The Alien Agendas.

He hosts The Richard Dolan Show and creates online courses and video series exploring intelligence operations, disclosure, and the historical patterns behind the UFO phenomenon  (Gaia) , and remains a leading voice in efforts to bring historical and analytical rigor to the study of contact and government secrecy.

Alex Stefan

Alex Stefan

Alexander Stefan began exploring the extraordinary when he was eleven. What started as curiosity became a lifelong voyage into psychic abilities, energy work, and the deep mind through hypnosis and NLP.

Alex grew up in Canada, then made his way through the UK and Australia. Along the way he was lucky to train under extraordinary mentors and eventually held trainings of his own. Psychokinesis, mindsight, manifestation, healing, hypnosis, and the shaping of the mind through NLP became the instruments of that voyage.

Alex’s work is not theory. It is a practice that brings people into direct contact with abilities once thought to exist only in fiction.

During his apprenticeship as a trainer, he learned to understand how transformation truly takes root. He learned to model a skill, design a path so that it transfers cleanly, and use hypnosis to help it settle deep within. That is why the pace in his rooms is different. In larger crews the current moves faster still. He has seen abilities rise in five days that others chase for years without ever touching.

He is currently gathering a community of explorers who feel the same call to step into these practices, share discoveries, and build something greater than any one of them. That work is taking shape at Extra-Ordinaries.

Our ET studies community celebrates John Prorock, awarded the first PhD in history on Extraterrestrial Studies. The purpose of his research was to determine the capability of the Milky Way galaxy to support life beyond the Earth’s biosphere. The empirical findings regarding the life-supporting potential of the known universe and the respective calculations/deductions derived from this data indicated that the galaxy hosts viable resources for life to develop. The logical conclusion of these findings is that there exists a statistical certainty that we are not alone in the universe.

Towards a European UAP Paradigm: As global interest in Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) intensifies, Europe stands at a crossroads. Let’s explore how the continent’s thoughtful, civilian-oriented approach can contribute a vital new perspective to the international conversation. With rising public awareness, recent aerial anomalies, and emerging EU-level dialogues, Europe is poised to shape a uniquely balanced, transparent, and interdisciplinary path forward in the global UAP/NHI discourse. This summit is organized by Georg Boch of Ubiquity University in collaboration with Dr. Felix Hoch.

Why Ubiquity?

Unlike traditional universities, Ubiquity brings together academic scholarship with lived experience.

Many of our graduate students arrive after years of professional practice, research, or personal exploration. Our role is to help transform that experience into rigorous, original scholarship capable of advancing this emerging field.

Why Ubiquity?

For almost 20 years, Ubiquity has nurtured learners to lead with wisdom and heart. Our programs foster the skills, mindsets, and inner capacities needed to meet today’s urgent global challenges with clarity, compassion and impact.

At Ubiquity, education is more than knowledge—it is a path of self-discovery, deep inquiry, and meaningful action. We weave the timeless insights of ancient traditions with the latest discoveries in science, consciousness, and human transformation.

Together, through collaborative learning and global community, Ubiquity is building a thriving, regenerative future.

The Ubiquity Graduate Degree

The Ubiquity Graduate Program combines the US and European designs of graduate programs with a blend of taught learning with research and writing. The thesis or dissertation must demonstrate excellence at every level. It must show awareness of the history of the literature in your particular area; demonstrate careful analysis and understanding of the field in question; and, most importantly, show how your insight can be applied to the real world. The dissertation must be scholarly and utilize extensive bibliographical data and footnotes. It should, in other words, be an impeccable work of research.

About Our Required Courses

This 1-week intensive designed by our Dean of Graduate Studies Dr. Gyorgyi Szabo. The course is a critical part of the dissertation writing process and is a requirement for all MA/PhD candidates.
