Microcourse Description:

Welcome to our Creating High Performance Teams microcourse. The term “high performance teams” has become a frequently used buzzword. It is easy to talk about high performance teams, but what are they, how are they formed, and what benefits do they provide? The material in this microcourse will help you find the answer to these questions and develop your own high performance teams.

Single microcourses do not qualify for academic credit. However, enrolled students can add three microcourses together, purchase a Microcourse Credit Conversion option, pay the difference between the cost of the microcourses and a regular trimester course at their degree level and submit your reflection journals and a Final Creative Assignment for grading.
