Part A:
In virtual teams’ challenges can be different than in physical teams – for instance there can be difference in time zones and culture. Conflicts might arise and be handled differently when colleagues are not in the same room, face to face. Imagine that one of your team members posted the following entry on your intranet/project space and describe what an effective response might be:
“Am I supposed to do everything by myself? I have asked you for feedback on several occasions without getting any, and tried to get someone (just anybody!) to help me with the corrupt code. No answer! How on earth are we going to finish on schedule if everybody is just minding their own business? – Samuel”
