Course overview
Sun Tzu said “If you want peace, prepare for war.” The same could be said for safety – it is prudent to rather have the skills you need for maintaining it and not need them, than need them and not have them.
With the increasing awareness and practice of communication with the more-than-human, including a rise in extraterrestrial contact, stronger energetic safety protocols are needed to maintain psychological stability and sovereignty.
Sovereignty of your own energy is fundamental for safety, clarity and efficiency in communication with any aspect of Nature, and for overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, and is applicable to all areas of life.
Drawing from approaches in modern security paradigms, the intelligence community and various wisdom traditions, this course will equip participants with energetic housekeeping protocols to gather information before situations and manage them where there is risk to one’s energy field.
True calm in deeper connection with the unknown is a fitness earned through the discipline of energetic readiness. This course is an invitation to illuminate hidden fears and create a stronger sense of inner security. No oracle speaks clearly through a damaged vessel; by first fortifying the form, the formless can be invited in with trust in oneself.
Learning Outcomes

- Establish operational psychic sovereignty and practice assessing situations for risk and applying tools for energetic safety

- Integrate a strategic preparedness mindset into subtle work of all kinds
Featured Faculty
Dr. Saskia von Diest
Saskia is the founder of Ecofluency, as well as consultant, educator, and activist in the field of Nature communication.
An animal communication workshop during her PhD in Plant Pathology (2012) sparked her interest in how farmers use intuitive communication with Nature to inform practical management decisions. From 2014-2020, she held two postdoctoral fellowships, at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and at Coventry University, UK, to investigate intuitive farming as part of a wider new field of subtle agroecology.
Throughout her postdoctoral years, she further developed her own understanding and practice in communicating with trees, animals, land, nature spirits and ancestors. She’s also trained as a Family Constellations facilitator, in Jikiden (Usui) Reiki, and in the Way of the Warrior Healer for psychic surgery.
In 2021, she founded Ecofluency, to offer consulting, teaching and coaching in Nature communication, and to promote other human voices in this field. She is also a director of the Organisation for Noetic Ecology, a founding member of Nature’s Council, and an associate of the Kwendalo Institute.
With 15 years of experience in teaching and facilitating through various forms and in many countries, her passion now is creating opportunities for others to have their own experience of dialogue with non-human Nature. Through online and in-person programmes, her aim is to support people and organisations in reclaiming the power of these ancestral skills, for individual and collective transformation: www.ecofluency.org
