Impact Task:
Please conduct one of the following exercises:
Option 1) Research your ideas online. What did you find? Have other people tried to implement it? How is your idea better or different? What challenges might arrive? What solutions did you find?
Option 2) Interview current or potential individuals that will be affected by your idea, not necessarily customers, these could be citizens, people who will benefit from your service, people that would have to implement it, etc. Record any insights or quotes that are helpful.
Option 3) Make a survey and ask people to fill it out in order to receive insights. What did you learn?
Although this is an optional assignment, we suggest students keep a journal they can capture their thoughts in. Please respond to one of the above assignments for yourself.
