Digital Courses
Ubiquity University is committed to offering transformational learning experiences to all students, and we back that up with our course refund policies. If you are not 100% satisfied with your course purchase, we issue full refunds (after financial costs) for digital courses as follows:
- Trimester courses (3 credits) – within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Microcourses (1 credit) – within 10 days of the original purchase date;
- Nanocourses – within 7 days of the original purchase date;
- Live-Webinars (1 credit) – before the start date of the live course;
- Virtual Intensive Courses (4 credits) – before the start date of the live course.
You may submit your refund request by completing this form.
*In the event that you redeemed your course using a discount code, you will be reimbursed for the remaining out-of-pocket amount, if applicable.
In-Person Learning Journeys
Personal Cancellation
You are special. So are the rest of our students and learners who sign up for our in-person learning journeys. These experiences are, by their nature, limited to the number of attendees who can participate in this kind of transformational programming. We are committed to providing you with unique, in-person programs and experiences, and, as a result, these involve special administrative considerations. Given the nature of coordinating in person meetings, we are required to invest significant up-front costs to ensure an optimal experience for all, which prevents refunds for last minute cancellations.
Therefore, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@ubiquityuniversity.org by the deadlines mentioned below. This table explains the deadlines and amounts that can be refunded.

Organizational Cancellation
Should the event be postponed or cancelled, Ubiquity University will transfer registration to the same event on the new date, with the option to request a full credit, valid for 1 year, toward any online course offered by Ubiquity University. Ubiquity University is not responsible for reimbursement of any registrant’s personal expenses incurred related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

Degree Programs
Withdrawal Fees:
MA program: A non-refundable withdrawal fee of $700 applies to any refund requests made within 12 months of the admission date. Payments made more than 12 months after the admission date are non refundable. Refunds will not apply to completed courses.
PhD and MA/PhD programs: A non-refundable withdrawal fee of $900 applies to any refund requests made within 12 months of the admission date. Payments made more than 12 months after the admission date are non refundable. Refunds will not apply to completed courses.

Refund of fees will depend on the date that we receive your withdrawal. The table below explains the deadlines and amounts eligible for refund.
For students enrolled in Partner Programs, please be aware of the following non-refundable fees:
For Wisdom School Students:
The course fee becomes non-refundable once you have either started participating in or have already attended the course. This includes the credit fee of the course ($300 per credit for PhD level courses and $200 per credit for MA level courses) in addition to the basic course-related fee.
