About the Certificate Program
The Art, Science and Spirituality of Water is an immersive course at Ubiquity University that delves into the groundbreaking research of internationally renowned water researcher and author Veda Austin, exploring the language of water and its profound implications for science, consciousness, and human connection.
Through guided video lessons, hands-on experimentation, and thought-provoking research, students will uncover the responsive nature of water, the discovery of hydroglyphs, and the interplay of science, art, and ancient wisdom. They will explore water’s ability to store and communicate information, revealing its hidden language through frozen imagery.
During each Quarter of the one-year program, Veda will host a live seminar to answer questions and provide updates.
By the end of the course, participants will gain a transformative understanding of water’s intelligence, deepening their connection with this essential element of life.
The self-paced course materials are now available.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, students will:
- Understand Veda Austin’s research on water’s memory and responsiveness.
- Conduct their own water crystallography experiments.
- Develop a deeper awareness of water’s role in consciousness and healing.
- Integrate water’s responsiveness into personal and professional practices.
- Engage in discussions on the intersection of science, art, and spirituality.
Those who have completed the certificate program may begin the process of enrolling in the graduate degree pathway.
Certificate Curriculum: The Art, Science and Spirituality of Water
Our Certificate program is a year in duration for full immersion and mastery of the freezing techniques and philosophy.
Course Module One: The Foundations of Water Crystallography
In this module, you will become familiar with the three stages of freezing, the signature patterns of water, and Veda Austin’s CMP freezing method. Completing this module should take approximately four weeks.
Course Module Two: Introducing Influence and Inspiration – Awakening Water’s Response
Explore how water interacts with energy, thoughts, and external stimuli. Learn how to introduce images, words, music, and intention to create meaningful interactions with water (See examples here). To do a deep dive and record the observations in ice would require up to six weeks of research.
Course Module Three: Introducing Hydroglyphs
Hydroglyphs are symbols in ice that appear repeatedly under the same conditions. This module introduces the process of discovering and interpreting these crystallised messages. This is an exercise that should be done throughout the rest of the course.
Course Module Four: Water and Its Relationship to Ancient Mysteries, Astrology, God, Dreams, Indigenous Beliefs, and more
Delve into the deep spiritual and mystical aspects of water, its sacred role in history, and its connection to higher consciousness. Allow for ten days to two weeks for this immersion process.
Course Module Five: Introduction to the Crystallization of Egg Albumen and Other Fluids
Beyond water, other fluids reveal unique crystallographic patterns. This module explores the structures found in egg albumen and their potential interpretations. This will take about a week of research.
Course Module Six: Introduction to Health, Healing, and Hydration
Explore water’s vital role in health and healing, including insights into structured water, hydration, and its impact on the human body.
Course Module Seven: The Interweave of Science, Art, and Consciousness
This final module brings together the scientific, artistic, and philosophical dimensions of water, offering a holistic perspective on its role in human experience.
To complete the Certificate, students also need to write a 10-15 academic page paper weaving the science, art and consciousness of water as they have experienced in this course.
Faculty Bio
Veda Austin is a water researcher, public speaker, artist, author, and mother who has spent the past 14 years exploring water’s structural memory and responsiveness. She has pioneered a unique crystallographic method that visually captures water’s reactions to stimuli, revealing its awareness of thought, intention, and creation through imagery.
Veda believes that water is fluid intelligence, observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the universe. Her primary focus is photographing water in its ‘state of creation’—the space between liquid and ice—where it expresses a profound and dynamic language. Through her research, public talks, and published works, she challenges conventional perspectives, inspiring a deeper understanding of water as an intelligent and communicative force.
Veda is the author of The Living Language of Water, the culmination of decades worth of her research into the properties of water as it interacts with consciousness, intention, images, music, art and more.
She is also the author of The Secret Intelligence of Water: Macroscopic Evidence of Water Responding to Human Consciousness, exploring macroscopic photography techniques and Veda’s own groundbreaking technique for recording the language of water.
Veda frequently takes her teachings to the classroom, with the aim to reconnect children to the living water systems inside and outside of their bodies, believing that the 'tamariki' (children) are the water bearers of the future.
She is a frequent contributor to podcasts and journals worldwide, where she shares her inspiring findings and perspectives.
She is the lead faculty on Ubiquity’s 2025 Chartres Pilgrimage, on the theme of Geometrica.
