Trust Building Basics

Microcourse Description:

Creating relationships that are built on trust, and having the tools to be resilient are crucial in creating a workplace that is safe and a stable place for all to work.

This microcourse will introduce you to your company’s responsibility with regard to promoting honesty, as well as how to deal with the inevitable changes that come along with building a stronger business.

Learning Outcomes:

Research has consistently demonstrated that when clear goals are associated with learning, it occurs more easily and rapidly.

This workshop is designed to help you in the following ways:

Single microcourses do not qualify for academic credit. However, enrolled students can add three microcourses together, purchase a Microcourse Credit Conversion option, pay the difference between the cost of the microcourses and a regular trimester course at their degree level and submit your reflection journals and a Final Creative Assignment for grading.
